What is Mom Made?
Mom Made is a small-batch clothing project focused on coats made from quilts, blankets, and reclaimed textiles. Some pieces are one of one, others come from limited runs. Everything is handmade with wearability in mind.

Are these coats vintage?
Some coats are made from vintage quilts. Others are made from reclaimed or mass-produced blankets. Materials (if known) are listed clearly on each product page.

What does “Second Cut” mean?
Second Cut refers to a custom coat made from remaining material after the original piece or run is completed. Same source material. Different cut. Never a replica.

Are the coats lined?
No. All coats are intentionally unlined. Quilts and blankets already provide warmth and structure, and interior seams are serged for durability.

How do I choose the right size?
Measurements are listed on every product page and are the best way to choose your size. Comparing them to a coat you already own is recommended.

Do you offer refunds?
No refunds. All sales are final. Exchanges for store credit only. Please email if you would like to exchange your coat mom@mommadeco.shop

Can I exchange a custom or Second Cut coat?
Yes, for store credit only and subject to condition and availability. Refunds are not available.

How long does shipping take?
Ready-to-ship items typically go out within a few business days. Second Cut (custom) coats are made to order with up to 5 business days production time before shipping.

Will you restock sold-out coats?
No. When the material is gone, production ends. Some materials allow small runs, others make only one coat.

Can I request specific patch placement?
You can choose size and length for Second Cut pieces. Exact patch placement, color balance, or replication isn’t possible.
